I just want to take a moment to let you know what a great product you have. We have been using this product for better than ten years. You are quick to ship and have a generous freight policy as well. We have installed many thousands of lavoratory, toilet and dishwasher connectors with little or no problem. Any issue that has come up has been quickly addressed, which means a lot to me in our fast moving environment. We have been very successful using these products in starter homes as well as multi-million dollar homes. We have also used them in multi-family and light commercial projects. Your product was also unaffected by the price increase due to the new lead laws, as Louisiana went lead free ahead of many other states. There have been many advantages in using your product.
